One-Over-One Configuration that allows Horizontal and Vertical Pairing.

Overall height of rack is 82-1/2” to pass through an 82-3/4” tall door opening.

Overall dimensions are ~34-7/8” wide x 35” deep.

Each cage has 6.25 sq. ft. of floor area.

Interior height of each cage is minimum 32”.  (Exceeds this, it’s ~33”)

Rack is supported on autoclavable Casters with 5” Dia. X 2” wide wheels, sealed SS bearings.  Front casters have Brakes.

All metal components are #304 stainless steel.  Autoclavable.

Polished Latches provided. (latches not to be bead blasted with Unit)

Hinged Doors are constructed of ½” diameter rod, base of door ¾” x ¾” wire.

Guillotine Sliding Animal Door on Front Hinged Cage Door with Wire Feeder.

Three Bar Perch provided on right hand side of cage and Transfer Box Rod provided.

Foraging Board provided with flip wire panel to attach turf material and latch securely.

The primary frame members are fabricated of 1/8” thick SS plate.

All cage sides are fabricated of 16 Ga. SS sheet, half grid wire and sheet metal.

Wire Panels above all Divider Frames are ¾” x ¾” Welded Wire.

The caster base frame is fabricated of 1-1/2” square SS tube.

Waterline and Drinking Valves are mounted on side wall, removable when needed.

Double Handle Squeeze Back and Perch that glides on Tivar Hot Plastic Bearings.

Double Divider Panels on both sides of Cage, Top and Bottom.

LH Dividers: Solid and ¾” x ¾” Wire Mesh, RH: Grooming Bars and ¾” x ¾” Wire Mesh.

A Removable Floor/Ceiling Cartridge that will house plastic waste pan.

Access Door at lower left corner of Cage Door and secure latch provided.

Wall Locks and Rail provided.  Customer to install rail for Wall Locks to attach to.

Removable Half Floor Panel, on top cage, to allow for vertical Socialization.

Mid-Section Door is solid and has Lock Tab on at least one side.

Back of Cage has a ¾” x ¾” Welded Wire Panel.

Back of Cage at Waste Pan will be ¾” x ¾” Welded Wire Panel to aid wash down.

Pairing Mechanism provided to allow unobstructed removal of cage from row.

All units are bead blasted to a matte finish.  All Latches will be protected from process.
