Overall size of rack will match closely with Socialization Racks.

Play cage has 10.75 sq. ft. of floor area based on outside of frame dim. of 39”w x 40d”.

Play Cage is supported on SS Casters with 4” Dia. X 2” wide wheels, sealed SS bearings, #4.05109.925. Front casters have the Tech Lock Brakes # BRK2.

The caster base frame is fabricated of 1-1/2” square SS tube and 1/8” formed angle.

All metal components are #304 Stainless Steel.

Polished Latches provided. (Latches not to be bead blasted with Unit)

Man Door provided on Play Cage.

A Horizontal Animal Door will be provided on Man Door. (door within a door)

Primary frame members are fabricated of 1/8” x 1-1/2” x 1-1/2 thick formed SS angle.

Sides of Play Cage have Divider Assemblies to pair with Socialization Racks.

Removable waste pans are fabricated of 16 Ga. SS sheet. (can slope to rear)

Wire mesh panels provided around Play Cage are .162” dia. welded wire with a 3/8”dia. perimeter rod.  Ceiling and Floor are 1” x 1”.  Sides and Back have 1” x 3” patterns.

Heavy Duty Waterline is hinged for easy maintenance and drain to front of Unit.

Waterlines include Edstrom Fittings, Drinking Valves, Quick Disconnect and Drain.

(3) Full Height Horizontal Socialization Dividers included on each Cage (1 LH, 2 RH)

Dividers are self storing with no parts to remove and glide on Bearing Blocks.

RH Dividers consist of a Solid, Grooming Contact and LH Divider is a Visual panel.

Lock Tabs provided at each Divider Handle for added security.

Feed Boxes and Foraging Boards provided on each Man Door.

Aluminum Climbing Poles provided in Play Cage, rotates in UHMW Plastic Bearing Blocks.  It is easily accessible and adds activity and enrichment to the Unit.

Approval Drawings to be provided prior to fabrication and a prototype phase is optional.

All units are bead blasted to a matte finish.
