• One-Over-One Configuration that allows easy Horizontal and Vertical Pairing.

• Overall dimensions of rack are 34-7/8” wide x 40” deep x 82-1/2” tall.

• Each cage has 6.25 sq. ft. of floor area based on outside of frame dim. of 30” x 32”.

• Interior height of each cage is a minimum of 32” tall.

• Each rack is supported on Colson Casters with 5” Dia. X 2” wide wheels, sealed SS bearings, #4.05109.925. Front casters have the Tech Lock Brakes # BRK2.

• All metal components are #304 stainless steel.

• SS Spring Loaded Latches provided & Heavy Duty Door Latch Mechanism provided.

• Fully Hinged Cage Door with Horizontal Sliding Animal Door built into Door.

• Cage Door and Animal Door will have secure Guarded SS Latches and Lock Tabs.

• Doors are constructed of ½” diameter perimeter rod with Horizontal Rods.

• Animal Door to have (2) open positions for Pole and Collar.

• Fixed Wire Feed Box and Foraging Board provided, (identical to demo) w/Bigger Holes.

• Biscuit Retrieval Door provided on front of Hinged Cage Door.

• 1” x 1” Welded Wire Panel on upper area of Cage Door to attach enrichment devices.

• The primary frame members are fabricated of 1/8” thick SS plate.

• All backs of cages are fabricated of 16 Ga. Solid SS sheet.

• All sloping Flush Waste Pans are fabricated of 16 Ga. SS sheet.

• The caster base frame is fabricated out of 1-1/2” square SS tube x .083” wall.

• Heavy Duty Auto Waterlines are hinged with easy access to drinking valves.

• SS Plate provided to mark with Sharpie.  ID Number also permanently marked.

• Double Handle Squeeze Back Assembly, rolls on SS Rollers.

• Squeeze will latch in various forward positions.

• One bolt on Enrichment Trough on one side of each Cage, (2) per Rack.

• (1) 3 Bar Perch in each cage, heavier tube than demo, and spaced a bit further apart.

• Dividers will consist of a Solid Panel and Wire Panel on Right, and Visual on Left.

• Dividers have secure SS Spring Loaded Latches and lock tabs.  Latches to lock open.

• Pairing Mechanism to securely attach and infinitely pair to other Socialization Racks.

• Handle provided at rear of rack for maneuverability, with Wall Bumpers added.

• A Telescoping Mid Section provided. It consists of the Floor from the top cage, the Ceiling from the bottom cage and a telescoping waste pan.  When the mid section is telescoped to allow vertical pairing, the Half Floor, Half Ceiling and Half Waste Pan slide to the rear of the rack.  No parts to remove or store.  The Telescoping Waste Pan drains to the rear of the rack in either position.  The Rear Floor, Ceiling and Waste Pan are fixed to allow the front half to nest within them.  Taller Pan area to help with cleaning.

• All units are bead blasted to a matte finish.

(Includes blue polyurethane wheels and a zerk fitting for lubrication)

• Frame of Play Cage is 1-1/2” x 1-1/2” x 1/8” SS Formed Angle.

• Wire Panel Walls are .162” dia. x 1” x 3” Slot openings, all Stainless.

• Floor and Ceiling Panels are .162” dia. x 1” x 1” openings, all stainless.

• (1) Personnel Door is provided at front of Play Cage, Lockable.

• (1) Horizontal Sliding Animal Door will be provided.

• Paired divider doors on both sides of unit to pair with Socialization Racks.

• Transfer Box Rod included under Animal door.
