  • One-Over-One Socialization Configuration that allows Horizontal and Vertical Pairing. 

  • Overall height of rack is 82-1/2” to pass through an 82-3/4” tall door opening.

  • Overall width is 34-7/8” to pass through a 39-1/2” door way.

  • Each cage has 6.25 sq. ft. of floor area based on outside frame dimensions.

  • Interior height of each cage is a minimum of 32”.

  • Each rack is supported on Blue SS Casters with 5” Dia. X 2” wide wheels. Front With Brakes, Rear no brakes.

  • All metal components are #304 stainless steel.

  • Infinitely Pairable horizontally with other like Units.

  • SS Spring Loaded Latches provided.

  • Doors are constructed of ½” diameter rod with 5/16” vertical rods on 1” centers.

  • Robust Cage Door Lock Mechanism with additional Lock Tabs.

  • A larger Animal Door provided with extra notch for Door Latch to engage.

  • Foraging Board and access hole provided.

  • Provide small access door below new Single Squeeze Handle Pull.

  • Removable Feed Box with secure latch provided.

  • The primary frame members are fabricated of 1/8” thick SS plate.

  • All cages sides are fabricated of 16 Ga. SS sheet, half grid wire and sheet metal.

  • Rear of Cages will have SS Welded Wire Panels instead of Solid backs.

  • All sloping waste pans and troughs are fabricated of 16 Ga. SS sheet.

  • The caster base frame is fabricated of 1-1/2” square SS tube.

  • Fixed Pad Lock Assembly provided to keep pad lock with cage at all times.

  • Bumper and Handle provided.

  • Waterlines to be plumbed in from the BACK of the rack and tested. (Add 4” x 4” Guards)

  • Single Handed Squeeze Back provided, it will act as Linear Perch.

  • to secure the Pan when placed into position if needed later.  No Drainage Tube needed.

  • A Telescoping Mid-Section provided. It consists of the Floor from the top cage, the Ceiling from the bottom cage and a telescoping waste pan.  When the mid-section is telescoped to allow vertical pairing, the Half Floor, Half Ceiling and Half Waste Pan slide to the rear of the rack.  No parts to remove or store.  The Telescoping Waste Pan drains to the rear of the rack in either position.  The Rear Floor, Ceiling and Waste Pan are fixed to allow the front half to nest within them.

  • Waste Trough and Drain Tube provided.

  • Improved Divider Latches with more clearance for engagement.

  • Full Height Socialization Panels include Visual, Grooming Contact and Solid Dividers.  One Panel on LH Side of Cage and Two on RH Side of Cage.

  • Fixed Privacy Panels provided at rear of Divider Assemblies.

  • Extra drainage notch provided at front of Divider Assemblies.

  • New improved Pairing Mechanisms with Tethered SS Quick Release Pins.

  • 4” x 4” Guard located on Back, Side and Top of Cage near waterline QD.

  • All units are bead blasted to a matte finish.

 

  • The Play Cage is:

  • Constructed of 304 Stainless Steel.

  • Designed to pair with Socialization Rack # 46972.

  • (Includes blue polyurethane wheels and a zerk fitting for lubrication)

  • Frame of Play Cage is 1-1/2” x 1-1/2” x 1/8” SS Formed Angle.

  • Wire Panel Walls are .162” dia. x 3/4” x 1” Slot openings, all Stainless.

  • Back Wall of Play Cage is a solid 16ga. SS Panel.

  • Floor and Ceiling Panels are .162” dia. x 1” x 1” openings, all stainless.

  • (1) Personnel Door is provided at front of Play Cage, with secure door latch.

  • (2) Horizontal Sliding Doors will be provided.  One upper and one at lower elevation on front of Play Cage, door latches included.

  • Transfer Box Rod included under door.

  • 2 Divider Doors at each end of Play Cage for Pairing Unit to other Caging Equipment.  Total of 4 Divider Doors (same as Socialization Racks for pairing)

  • Linear Perches included, located at Divider openings for easy animal usage.

  • Wet Waste Pan included made from 16ga. SS, drains to the back of Unit.

  • Heavy Duty Water Line included made from ½” SS Schedule 40 Pipe, includes Edstrom fittings: Quick disconnect, Drain and (2) Drinking Valves.

  • Bead Blasted to a Matte Finish.

  • (1) Climbing Pole, hardware included. Pole spins on UHMW Plastic Bearing Blocks, is removable, has various perches and Bead Blasted to a Matte Finish.

  • Approx. Dimensions are 75” long x 30-1/4” wide x 79-3/4” tall.

  • Supported by (4) 4” SS Casters, Locking and Non-Locking options.
